NP Loyalty: 3-Hr Workshop


Education in loyalty points and member clubs for retail.

The purpose of NP Loyalty is to teach participants how to build and maintain a member club with loyalty rewards for their customers. The education is designed for participants that already has a good understanding of common practices using Business Central 365 and NP Retail.

You will learn how to build a member community, define how points are rewarded, what they are worth and how they can be redeemed. You will also learn how to work with the loyalty points from the POS on a daily basis and how to use the three NP loyalty reports to find relevant information. The education is scheduled to last 3 hours. You will gain the most from the education if you already have a basic understanding of NaviPartner´s membership module.
