Our Platinum Implementation Package is based on the Gold package. It is perfect for organizations new to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or organizations wanting to get the most ouf of their Commission Management solution.

Deliverables

• Guide to installing of NAV-X Commission Management for Business Central
• Guide to the setup of NAV-X Commission Management
• Guide to the data migration into NAV-X Commission Management
• Guide to user and permission setups for NAV-X Commission Management
• Setup of NAV-X Commission Management performed by NAV-X via web meeting (limited to two (2) hours and two (2) participants)
• Data migration into NAV-X Commission Management performed by NAV-X. This is limited to one (1) set of migration data and one (1) import into the sandbox and one (1) import into the production environment. Not to exceed a total of four (4) hours.
• End user training. This training is performed via a web meeting. It is limited to two (2) hours in total.
• Implementation support. You receive a maximum of eight (8) hours of implementation support during and after your go live with NAV-X Commissions. The support hours have to be claimed within forty-five (45( days of the go live with NAv-X Commission Management.

Assumptions

• You have a production and sandbox Business Central environment
• You have experience in working with Business Central
