Assumptions and Legal Requirements:

• Purchasing these template roles provides the purchaser a perpetual use license. The content can only be used for internal purposes. Any attempt to resell the content will likely result in legal action.
• Purchasing these template roles provides the user the latest role templates which includes the appropriate privileges within the latest version of Dynamics 365 for Finance and Supply Chain. NOTE: The definition of latest version in this situation is: “the release wave version that is published and available at the time of purchase.” Any updates to Dynamics 365 after the date of purchase may result in the need for additional updates to the roles due to new privileges provided with the Microsoft updates.
• For those who purchase an additional service, we will be updating the templates in cadence with each Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain major update. Clients who have previously benefited from these services will reap substantial financial benefits.
• Template roles are only starting points to accelerate any compliance and restricted access requirements. There is no guarantee that these roles will meet your organizations compliance requirements.
• Template roles will be imported into a development Dynamics 365 environment. The testing and migration of these roles to subsequent environments is the responsibility of the client.
• Template roles only include “Task Based” Roles. “Job Based” roles are included as an exclusive deliverable, only if the client is opting for the roles of all SIX modules.
