This engagement aims to provide a detailed current state assessment of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement environment security model, both on-premises and online.

  • Prepare and distribute a comprehensive pre-workshop questionnaire focusing on user access, user/team functional roles, data access permissions, restrictions, and sharing.​
  • Facilitate workshops to discuss feedback collected from the questionnaire and to drive additional requirements discussions.​
  • Review and document findings from the workshops.​

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Security Assessment & Recommendation​

Protiviti will:​

  • Examine the current state configurations of the security model in the Client’s Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement environment, focusing on business units, role-based security, record-based security, field-based security, teams, and user licensing.​
  • Develop a recommendation document to address gap remediation on the security model. Details on proposed implementation to ensure best practices will be outlined.​
  • Present a summary of the assessment findings and proposed next steps to the client team.​
