The L&D Tracker Application is a PowerApps bundle consisting of a mobile application, an admin portal, and Power Bi Reports. The mobile App – An app that the non-sedentary and on the field, associates can use to capture and track the job Learning and Development goals which would help them in their career progression. The Admin portal – A Portal that enables mapping and identification of candidates and trainees while the mobile App with the Trainee and Trainer sections allow the field trainers and trainees to stay on top of the training activities including bookmarking and setting focus areas. Power Bi Reports – A set of out of the box reports would be provided and detailed Analytics can be further built on top of this app to enable decision dashboards.
