Third I bring its 15 years of BI and analytics experience through this engagement that involves creating a proof of concept of a Power BI dashboard. The Proof of Concept (POC) report will consist of a data model and a front-end report with visualizations.

Agenda

Day 1 and 2 - Discovery Phase

• Assessment of current BI
• Feasibility test of source system integration
• Meeting with the IT and business team to understand needs and pain-points

Day 3 and 4 - Design Phase

• Design workshop
• Storyboarding exercise (listing all analysis, KPIs, slicers)
• Build dashboard mock-up

Day 5 to 7 - Development Phase

• Sample data preparation
• Power BI dashboard development

Day 8 Sign Off

• Dashboard review
• Incorporate review Feedback
• POC sign off and plan next steps

Scope

• Includes only one dashboard with medium complexity and a maximum of three sheets
• Excludes dashboard design with actual or live data
• Excludes data integration and dashboard design at the top of the source system

• Next steps proposal/plan
• Two hours of Power BI training

This Proof of Concept dashboard can be expanded to your production environment at additional costs.
