Assess: 4 weeks

• Meet business unit head and understand their day-to-day process.
• In-depth assessment of current EUC application and Business Process Automation Scope

Analysis: 2 Weeks

• Identifying the actors internal and external applications.
• Identify transformation roadblocks.
• Identify data points and there uses.

POC: 2 Weeks

• Perform Proof of concept on a critical application transformation and Business Process Transformation.
• Push the POC application to Production
