When you want to minimize the risk of potential hazards and incidents, risk and safety management becomes crucial to day-to-day operations in any modern organization. 

Dynaway Safe Work is a module that helps you enhance and digitize your safety system and align with maintenance activities.

With Risk Assessment, you will be able to assess the risk of working with specified assets, working in specific locations, and performing special work orders. Identify risks within the organization and create maintenance risk plans to mitigate and eliminate potential hazards.

LOTO is a process to prevent the workers from being injured by residual energy and unexpected start-up of equipment under maintenance.

Tagout is a safety procedure where equipment or areas are tagged to ensure that maintenance work can be carried out in a safe way. You can create Tagout records and add assets, work orders, and functional locations.

Lockout is when you shut a machine off and bring it down to zero residual energy. A Lockout contains a list of Lockout Points that stops the energy in a work area so it becomes safe to carry out a work order.

You follow a written procedure for the lockout and test the lockout before the work order is executed and re-instantiating the equipment once the work order has been completed.

LO-TO activities ensure the worker is aware of instructions and have the right information to start and finish the work safely.

Work Order Permits ensure that work is evaluated and approved before it gets done – and that the worker is informed, trained, and supervised to minimize the risk of any potential mechanical, technical or human failure events from occurring. 

A work permit describes conditions to be met and safety tasks to be done are safe work conditions. The permit is related to a work order to ensure that the conditions or tasks described in the permit are solved before work is started.

The worker can use mobile devices when using Permits to Work.
