What is Inbound Document Filter?

The Inbound Document Filter app adds the possibility to setup filters for e-mails that will be processed by purchase document capturing software, f.i. spam e-mails.Only e-mails matching the applied filter will be forwarded by a LogicApp to the e-mail account of the purchase document capturing vendor.

Which filters are supported?

3 filters have been added to the Vendor table, that will determine whether an e-mail will be made available for purchase processing.

Those filters will be used through an api by the LogicApp.

  • E-Mail Filter
    Adds possibility to set filters on whitelisted e-mail accounts
  • File Filter
    Adds possibility to set filters on allowed file names
  • File Extension Filter
    Adds possibility to set filters on allowed file extensions.
