Synchronization of Outlook appointments
Open the calendar in your Outlook and click on New Appointment.
You can now enter the title, time, location and description of the appointment as usual and invite participants. In the menu bar on the right you will see the TimeInvest logo in the form of a stopwatch.
2. Click the stopwatch icon.
The navigation items Sync and Settings will appear below the icon.
3. Click the item Sync.
Above the title of the appointment you will see the message: TimeInvest.com is processing your sync request. Once the sync request has been processed, this message will appear: Appointment was synced successfully.
Your Outlook appointment has now been added to your TimeInvest dashboard with its title, date, time and description and is now available in TimeInvest’s meeting section.
If you make changes to already synchronized appointments in Outlook and click Sync again, these changes will also be applied to the respective meeting in TimeInvest.
The email addresses of the Outlook meeting participants will now be preset in TimeInvest for the evaluation of this meeting. So when you create the evaluation for this meeting, you do not need to enter these email addresses manually again.
To use our Office Add-in either a Professional or Enterprise subscription with TimeInvest is required.
Important information for Mac users: This Office Add-In requires a version of Outlook for Mac higher than 16.35.308.
