Power Platform Center of Excellence: 3day Workshop

Campana & Schott supports companies bringing the Microsoft Power Platform in use. We leverage the platform to accelerate the digital transformation and increase the innovation pace of business users. That leads to more flexibility, highly accepted business applications and in the end to cost savings. The gap between personal apps and traditional professional processes is growing. Employees in business departments are increasingly pushing for new solutions. This series of workshops defines a roadmap to properly bring Power Platform in use.

Agenda

Day 1:

• Envisioning. An envisioning session to bring everyone on the same page. This will cover benefits of the Power Platform and its positioning, examples of use cases, limitations, and a design-pattern for business applications.
• Power Platform Strategy. We analyze the current situation and create an individual high-level vision for the use of Power Platform. Right in the beginning we identify KPIs to measure the successful usage.

Day 2:

• Operational Readiness. We define a concept for governance incl. an environment strategy and data loss policies. We provide foundational input for an operational handbook to enable your support organization that carries out regularly tasks.

Day 3:

• Adoption & Change. We make sure that the platform reaches the employees. We define in your context how the load can be taken off the IT. This will include ideas like a Center of Excellence to operate the platform from a business perspective and ensure scalability, or a Champions Community that connects Power Users and Citizen Developer.
• Rollout. For a proper rollout of the platform, we ensure scaling effects and remove road blockers right from the beginning. We make sure that topics such as works council, data protection, Evergreen system, Application Lifecycle Management etc. get addressed.
