Viva Jumpstart: 2-Wk Implementation

We are Microsoft certified to plan and launch Viva for your organization. Our unique approach to Microsoft Viva consulting ensures long-term success engaging employees.

The Viva Jumpstart intendeds to seamlessly connect Microsoft Teams into the daily work experience. Total Solutions works with your team to facilitate a design workshop with stakeholders to identify priorities, make decisions, and refine your roadmap for implementing each Viva modules. Following a successful development, configuration, and activation of each Viva Module, Total Solutions will conduct a 45-day and 90-day adoption check-ins to collect feedback and make recommendations for enhancements.

Scope of Work:

Phase 1 - Plan

a. Educational Workshop – Total Solutions will lead a 1-hour educational session with the client stakeholders (executive, HR, and IT managers) to reimagine their organization's employee experience. During this session, we will inform participants about key Viva features in development, as well as the Viva Suite and premium add-ons.

b. Staff Survey - Total Solutions will administer employee engagement survey to set baseline KPI scores.

c. Readiness Assessment - Total Solutions will assess client readiness to implement Viva in Microsoft 365, in addition to performing a checklist of SharePoint and Yammer requirements needed for Viva Connections and Viva Engage. Our team will consult with client stakeholders about employee learning and development initiatives that might be promoted through Viva Learning. We will also consult with client stakeholders about employment culture and productivity needs that might be impacted through Viva Insights. During this step, Total Solutions will identify any prerequisite client actions or add-on design and development opportunities and discuss with client.

d. Design Workshop – Total Solutions will conduct a 1-hour design workshop with client stakeholders to identify priorities, make decisions, and architect their implementation of Viva in Microsoft 365.

e. Viva Roadmap - Total Solutions will customize the roadmap (refine the backlog) of activity that we will perform to launch, promote adoption, and enhance Viva in Microsoft 365.

Phase 2 - Launch

a. Technical Implementation - Total Solutions will perform technical development, configuration, and activation of Viva in Microsoft 365 modules pursuant to the roadmap.

b. (Optional) Add-On Design & Development - Our team will perform additional Microsoft 365 design & development to prepare Microsoft 365 services (SharePoint, Yammer, Teams, etc.) for Viva implementation.

c. Operator Training - Total Solutions will offer live video training for the IT and HR managers who will manage Viva modules in Microsoft 365. The operator training will be recorded for future use.

d. User Training – Total Solutions will offer live video training for end users on how to use Viva modules in Microsoft 365. The user training will be recorded for future use.

e. Deployment – Total Solutions will set application policies in Teams to go live with Viva in Microsoft 365 modules.

Phase 3 – Adopt & Enhance

a. 45-Day Adoption Check-In - Total Solutions will conduct client stakeholder and user surveys to collect feedback about Viva, assess adoption data, and make recommendations about enhancements. This also includes technical engineering time to support changes.

b. 90-day Adoption Check-in - Total Solutions will conduct client stakeholder and user surveys to collect feedback about Viva, assess adoption data, and make recommendations about enhancements. This also includes technical engineering time to support changes.

c. 1 (One) Year of Updates & Enhancements - Total Solutions will continue to research what's new and what's coming for Viva in Microsoft 365 each quarter, and make recommendations about enhancements available with new updates. This also includes technical engineering time to support changes.

d. Staff Survey – Total Solutions will re-administer employee engagement survey and compare KPI scores to initial survey.
