HRplus is an ERP class HRMS with over 20 integrated modules for HRIS, Time and Attendance (includes support for biometric clocks and Geo-Fencing), and Payroll with advanced GL capabilities. HRplus is single-tenanted but Multi-Territory, Multi-Company, Multi-Language, and Multi-Currency and can support thousands of users. It comes with over 300 built-in reports. It is built to mainly support Medium to Large businesses operating in one or more territories. Currently, HRplus has hundreds of mainly blue-chip clients operating in 24 countries throughout the Caribbean, Central, and Latin America, and will support up to 34 countries by year-end 2022. HRplus includes localized support for payroll in all countries in which we currently have customers, and provides clients with one source of information for all of their HRMS needs.

It is accessible by all employees in an enterprise with tailored access for core human resource and payroll customers, managers and supervisors, and employees. Significant automation and online workflows allow for the organisation to operate in a nearly paperless environment, with employees being able to access all key employee functions directly from their Android and IOS devices.

HRplus is run from the Azure Cloud or in-house and has apps for both Android and IOS. It supports 2-factor authentication, AD, and encryption in transit and at rest. It comes with a built-in BI tool, extensive user-defined workflows, built-in organization charts, document management, integrated LMS, and an Adhoc report writer.
