PowerBI Reports for Navision: 10-Wk Implementation

Leverage the interactivity of Power BI that would help you visualize and analyze your financials on a real-time basis stored on a Navision back-end, without the necessity of having the required Navision technical knowledge.

Power BI visualizations provide interactivity and necessary drill-downs while viewing standard reports such as Profit & Loss statements, Balance sheets, Cash Flow, Debtor's Aging, and Creditor's Aging giving you a real-time view of your current financial situation empowering you to make the right decisions for your business at the right time.

Deliverables:

• Initial setup of Power BI with required configurations
• Customization of Navision services on a staging instance for enabling Power BI to consume data on a real-time basis

Dashboards/Reports created will have the following:

• Profit & Loss statements dashboard with Month-on-Month, Year-to-Date, Month-to-date, Year-on-Year comparisons with interactive drill-downs to help you understand your revenue flow
• Balance Sheets for your company-level data to understand the Assets and Liabilities on a real-time basis
• Cash Flow Statement to analyze operating, investing, and financial activities
• Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable aging profiles to understand pending payments/incomes on generated invoices
• Analysis reports for Current Assets and Current Liabilities
• Unadjusted Trial Balance Analysis with interactive breakdowns
• Provide an instruction manual on the usage of Power BI dashboards and provide support to the client as they take the lead in performing UAT
• Go-Live Readiness and support for migration of reports from staging to the production instance

We will work with you on an ongoing basis. For any customization/additional reports would be required as part of deliverables.
