Considering moving from your on-premise infrastructure to the Microsoft Cloud? This two week proof of concept will quantify product demos, time, effort, and cost required to move to the cloud.
The goal is for you to obtain all of the data-points you need to first understand your company's path to the Microsoft cloud and how Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance, Supply Chain Management or Customer Engagement can help your business scale and become more efficient.
Session one - Discovery (60-90 minutes) In this session you will speak with our Microsoft Dynamics ERP industry experts about your challenges, business objectives, current infrastructure and environments. Most of the session will be used to understand your current environment, user needs and provide you with an introduction to Microsofts's ERP cloud product suite.
Session Two - Deep Dive (60-90 minutes) After the first meeting, we schedule a deep dive discovery call, in an effort to gather additional information about third party applications, system specific requirements, business objectives, organization readiness, timeline, etc. In this session you will help scope the upcoming product demonstration, to tailor it to your departments expectations. We recommend that multiple personas from the different departments participate here.
Session three - Product demos (2-3 days) This session will offer an onsite Microsoft Dynamics 365 product demonstration based on the determined project scope. This session is offered both onsite or at our own locations.
Session four - Recommendations (90 minutes) The Avantiico team will prepare a business case that works as a proof of concept for you. Outcomes; * Detailed business case * Cloud recommendations and Microsoft program offers * Framework with a personalized Cloud Roadmap * Implementation overview and effort * High-Level Estimates, including Azure Costs, Services, and Ongoing Support
Note * Travel cost will be additional for sites outside of San Diego, Irvine, LA or Temecula * This 2-week service can be customized as needed and may be funded by Microsoft eligible programs for qualified customers
