Perfect for organizations with a knowledgeable Marketing employee with experience implementing CRM systems in the past and only needs assistance to complete the initial setup and minimal guidance.

We will guide you to create a proper foundation of Dynamics 365 for Sales as follows:


  • Activate and provision Dynamics 365 for Sales environment
  • License, configure, and assign security rights for Dynamics 365 users (first 10 users)
  • Configure Exchange Online integration in Dynamics 365 using Microsoft Dynamics App for Outlook loaded by customer, if applicable (one email account per user)
  • Configure SharePoint Online integration with Account Entity in Dynamics 365, if applicable
  • Add up to 10 custom fields within the solution
  • Review and conduct training workshop on Business Process Flows (one Business Process Flow for Opportunity with up to 8 stages and 5 tasks delivered) - one session, up to 2 hours total
  • Deliver two client on-boarding and adoption training sessions to a Power User within your organization - up to 4 hours total
  • Activate Dynamics 365 Learning Path and provide a BCS approved training guide
  • Provide guidance on how to migrate data from the following systems: Zoho, Insightly, Act, Salesforce


  • Exchange Online or Exchange Server required for Outlook integration
  • BCS must be the digital partner of record and the Cloud Solution Provider with Microsoft for licensing
  • Up to 10 users (additional scope required for more users)
  • Customer provides clean data for upload based on standard templates provided by BCS
  • This offer does not include system analysis, fit/gap process, system modifications or integrations but are available if requested for additional fees.
  • Dynamics 365 for Sales licensing required
