This 1-week assessment delivers a feasibility study and a proof of concept on migration from your legacy solution to Power BI.
It is held on-site by our BI Engineer with remote support of our in-house BI, data engineering, visualization and design experts.
Agenda
Day 1
Analysis of existing reporting solution, underlying data sources, business goals and unmet insight needs.
Day 2, 3 & 4
Create a working solution in Power BI for up to 3 of your single screen reports, based on existing data.
Day 5
Finalize and workshop with your teams our feasibility assessment of moving further legacy reports to Power BI.
Deliverables
- Feasibility assessment and outlook on migrating your dynamic reports or dashboards from an existing solution to Power BI (pros and cons, additional insights and potential obstacles based on our knowledge of similar implementations).
- Up to 3 working reports in Power BI replacing your current legacy solution with a professional Power BI design and visualization.
- A good idea of how your report may look like in the Power BI service.
