Microsoft 365 Copilot Workshop: 2-day Workshop

In this workshop, you will learn how Microsoft 365 Copilot can transform your employee experience and enable you to achieve more with less effort. You will see demos of Copilot in action, explore relevant user scenarios and challenges, and identify top prioritized scenarios for your workforce. You will also develop a plan to implement recommendations based on your scenarios, define the next steps, timeline, and risks for a pilot of Copilot in your organization.

The Core BTS Copilot Workshop will cover the following: Assess: The goal of this phase is to define the scope, identify the business stakeholders, and gather information on your key business scenarios. You will complete a readiness assessment, review a scorecard and guidance, and prepare for the Art of the Possible phase. Art of the Possible: The goal of this phase is to showcase the intelligence added to employee experiences by Copilot. You will see a combination of presentations and demos that will educate and excite you on how Copilot can help you unleash creativity, unlock productivity, and level up skills in Microsoft 365 apps. You will also explore the personas and use cases that are relevant for your organization. Build the Plan: The goal of this phase is to develop a plan to implement recommendations based on your prioritized scenarios. You will work with Core BTS to analyze and prioritize your scenarios and define the personas. So what are the workshop outcomes?

By the end of the workshop, you will have: • A deeper understanding of the value and potential of Copilot for your organization • A clear vision of how Copilot can help you achieve your business goals and address your challenges • A set of prioritized scenarios and personas for Copilot that align with your needs and preferences • A roadmap and action plan for implementing and piloting Copilot in your organization • A report and recommendations document that summarizes the workshop findings and next steps sponsors, KPIs, and risks for each scenario, and create an actionable implementation plan for a pilot of Copilot in your organization.
