Our customized group training gives your staff a start-to-finish course in data cleansing, report creation, and visualization techniques using Power BI.

IronEdge will design and execute an in-person, group training for up to 20 people. The focus will be on Microsoft Power BI as an application used in the client environment.

General overview of Power BI
General terms
Power BI Lab - Hands on, laptop driven workshop facilitated by IronEdge team
- Up to 20 students per session
- Review of general concepts (basics are fundamental to success when using Power BI and a required part of IEG training)
- Workshop will focus on Power BI Desktop (IronEdge will provide the data and walk through for this portion)
- Data modeling
- Data curation
- Measurements
- Facts and dimensions
- Creating reports and visualizations
Workshop will also provide overview of Power BI Services for Bring your own Data
- Work with IEG experts on your own data

Note

IronEdge will work to understand what the specific needs of the client are and craft a unique, structured training. The training will consist of fundamentals review, instructor lead lab, hands on workshop and a “Bring Your Own Data” experience. IronEdge will provide a 1:10 instructor to student ratio.
