Phase 1 - Strategy:

• In this phase, we help organizations map business use cases and pain points with technological solutions
• The briefing will be done with various customer stakeholders, understanding their pain points and business goals
• This stage also gives an idea about “art-of-possibilities” to transpire new thoughts

Phase 2 - Architectural Design:

• Once map, we will double click on each of the technological solutions with the Viva Building block
• Based on the existing Heat map/tech stack, our team of architects will perform whiteboarding with the customer’s tech team.
• These sessions are two-way interactive sessions & the end goal is to discover and produce the best possible architecture to support the outcomes of strategy briefing.

Phase 3 - Objective:

• HR leaders can observe the after-work hour mail flow
• HR leaders can figure out the bottlenecks for extended work hours
• Predict the burnout among the team through the understanding of long calls after work hours
