Power Platform : Rollout Phase - 10Wk Imp

Saegus provides its expertise in deploying the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Bi) while taking into account the constraints of the customer environment.

The deployment is done in 3 phases. This offer covers the third and final rollout phase of the Power Platform. The rollout phase must take place after having tested and validated all the outputs of the preparation and pilot phases related to the Power Platform.

This phase shall implement:

• Adoption assets in order to ensure the growth in competence of the various entities and to make the future 'citizen developers' autonomous
• The life cycle of the processes and the applications in order to ensure the control of the IT department over the developments that will be carried out by the 'citizen devloppers'
• Review instances for user requirements, environment architecture and DLP management rules
• The level 2 service center, which will be able to finance itself through re-billing (if possible)
• The application catalog to manage the application base
• A design system to ensure consistency in developments and UX/UI interfaces
