Exchange Notes

The cheque module in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central works without following the due dates. Cheques and promissory notes can be used as payment instruments with long-term dues in some cases. Cheques/promissory notes received from customers can be sent to the bank for collection in subsequent processes or endorsed as a means of payment to a supplier.

Cheques/promissory notes are used extensively as a means of payment. All cheques/promissory notes received or issued, identification of card information, collection or payment when they are due, creation of accounting records of transactions are carried out by means of exchange notes application.

With the exchange notes application, cheques/promissory notes used as payment instruments were also enabled to work in harmony with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central customer credit limits.

All processes such as the status of cheques/promissory notes, reporting of pending cheques/promissory notes can be carried out easily with the application.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central içerisinde yer alan çek modülü, vade takibi yapmadan çalışmaktadır. Çek ve senet belgeleri, bazı durumlarda, uzun süreli vadeye sahip olan ödeme araçları olarak kullanılabilmektedir. Müşterilerden alınan çek/senetler, sonraki süreçlerde tahsil edilmesi için bankaya gönderilebilirler veya bir tedarikçiye ödeme aracı olarak ciro edilebilirler.

Çek/senet belgeleri, yoğun olarak ödeme aracı olarak kullanılmaktadırlar. Alınan veya verilen tüm çek/senetlerin, kart bilgilerinin tanımlanması, vadeleri geldiğinde tahsil edilmesi veya ödenmesi, yapılan hareketlere ait muhasebe kayıtlarının oluşturulması çek/senet uygulaması sayesinde yürütülmektedir.

Kambiyo senetleri uygulaması ile ödeme aracı olarak kullanılan çek/senetlerin Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central müşteri kredi limitleri ile uyumlu şekilde çalışması da sağlanmıştır.

Çek/senetlerin durumları, tahsilatı bekleyen çek/senetlerin raporlanması gibi tüm süreçler, uygulama ile kolayca yürütülebilir.
