The Payment Terms feature in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central can describe an invoice as having only one payment due date. However, the habit of paying in installments is very common among businesses. For example, the customer may want to close the sales invoice you have issued to a customer by paying it on different dates. The due dates of such documents to be paid in part must also be formed partly in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. In addition, it must be partially displayed in reports such as aging and cash flow.

With the Payment Plan application, you can define standard payment templates. In this way, in cases where you accept partial payments, these templates will allow you to make the transaction faster and more smoothly.

In purchasing and sales documents, customer and vendor ledger entries are created partly when documents with a payment schedule are posted on them. With the payment plan application, aging reports, debit credit matching processes and cash flow statements in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central are prepared correctly.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Ödeme Şartları özelliği, bir faturanın sadece tek bir ödeme vadesi olduğunu tarif edebilmektedir. Ancak işletmeler arasında taksitli olarak ödeme yapma alışkanlığı çok yaygındır. Örneğin bir müşteriye kestiğiniz satış faturasını, müşteri farklı tarihlerde ödeyerek kapatmak isteyebilir. Bu tür parçalı olarak ödenecek evrakların vade tarihlerinin de parçalı olarak Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central içerisinde oluşması gerekmektedir. Ayrıca yaşlandırma ve nakit akışı gibi raporlarda da parçalı olarak görünmesi bir zorunluluktur.

Ödeme Planı uygulaması ile standart ödeme şablonlarını tanımlayabilirsiniz. Bu sayede parçalı ödeme kabul ettiğiniz durumlarda bu şablonlar işlemi daha hızlı ve sorunsuz yapmanıza olanak sağlayacaktır.

Satınalma ve satış belgelerinde, üzerine ödeme planı tanımlanmış belgeler deftere nakledildiğinde, müşteri ve satıcı defter girişleri parçalı olarak oluşur. Ödeme planı uygulaması ile Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central içerisinde yer alan yaşlandırma raporları, borç alacak eşleme süreçleri ve nakit akış tablosunun doğru bir şekilde hazırlanması sağlanır.
