Installing the Deskpro Add-In for Outlook allows you to link your emails to new or existing Deskpro tickets without leaving Microsoft Outlook. A custom sidebar is installed into Outlook that allows you to quickly raise support tickets, add notes or link additional emails, all without needing to forward emails to your support inbox.
