  • Enable – Enable Teams Phone trial licenses, enable pilot scenarios and measure success.
  • Grow – Provides operation guidance and an actionable plan to scale and reach full deployment.

Together with stakeholders we will help you to understand the possibilities with Teams Phone. Discover the needs of your organization and apply them to a Teams Phone setup.

We will conduct workshops with stakeholders to explain all capabilities and differences between different options.

We verify customer environment meets deployment requirements for Microsoft Teams Phone with assistance with identifying and defining preparation and remediation tasks into a checklist including network, security, clients, devices for Teams Phone.

Verify preparation and remediation tasks identified in plan phase are completed by customer prior to Teams Phone enablement.
Enable PSTN connectivity and configure at least two auto attendants with up to two (2) levels and two call queues.
Enable at least 25 users for Teams Phone with telephone number and configure policies for Teams Phone.

Identify blockers, remediation activities, feedback from the pilot and next steps.
