Windows 365 Standardized Pilot

The Windows 365 Standardized pilot engagement is targeted at customers who would like to see how Windows 365 unlocks hybrid work scenarios.

In particular, we recommend this workshop for customers who are already using Microsoft Intune for cloud-based management of Windows devices and who are interested to start using Windows 365 broadly throughout their organization.

During this workshop we will:

• Understand a customer's hybrid work scenarios and end-user computing goals and objectives.
• Gain insights into a customer's physical and virtual devices landscape.
• Pilot Windows 365 in the customer's production environment and provision Cloud PCs to select users based on chosen hybrid work scenarios
• Develop deployment plans and provide recommended next steps to grow the solution in the customer's environment

3 Step Process:

1. Plan - We will define scope, identify stakeholders, and gather information on current and future environment and workloads to be enabled as part of the standardized pilot.

2. Enable - Execute remediation activities to be able to deploy Windows 365 in the production environment. Setup Windows 365 Cloud PC provisioning and management for a selected group of users focusing on the selected hybrid work user scenarios.

3. Grow - Learn how to operate the implemented Windows 365 solution and agree on the next steps to further grow the solution within the production environment.

Customer Qualifications:

• Microsoft 365 E3 or E5 licensing
• Customer has at least five Windows 365 Enterprise licenses (trial licenses also available)
• Customers who need an Azure Network Connection (optional) will need an active Azure subscription

The customer will need to provide adequate production tenant access in order to deliver the engagement within the 60-day timeframe
