Predica Power Platform Kickstarter allows rapid creation of rich business applications using PowerBI, PowerApps and Power Automate, supported by other Office365 elements. Extensible. We provide best practice and knowledge transfer through the complete application life cycle.

Our proposal includes a consultancy and strategy built on top of experiences gathered over the past 10 years, in supporting, migrating, and upgrading core business-critical systems. We will dedicate to this project Team which will guide you through Power Platform Governance implementation process. This cloud journey planning covers multiple aspects of the IT landscape: • Introduction of the Power Platform Adoption framework • Architecture of targeted IT infrastructure for Power Apps • High level Governance for consolidated environments in centralized tenant and vision for multiple countries - to underline common vision for one tenant • Documented approach for pilot implementation • Clear vision on Power Platform management and maintenance during and after consolidation • Incremental deliverables that are clearly tracked and met • Maximize visibility into the process (transparency)

Objectives will be realized by providing a platform team that can define a vision and strategy for the application and infrastructure landing zones and hybrid operations in Power Platform with clear outcomes and measures of success objectives and key results (OKRs) and deliver solutions that realize those outcomes for Customer. The team will carry out product baseline planning to determine the strongest potential solutions to deliver the agreed outcomes and then rapidly prove or disprove the hypothesis behind those solutions. In this way, the team will continually test and learn to focus on the ideal solution that delivers the required transformation to the Power Platform adoption.
