NavBiz Extended Manufacturing - Disassembly

The Extended Manufacturing - Disassembly form a set of customizations and report to facilitate and improve the work in the production module itself. It is intended for companies who convert (disassemble/cut) raw materials into semi-finished products or finished products.

The set of customizations that are included in this package:

· Production Disassembly List/Card

o It can be understood as the opposite of production BOM - it defines what will be created from one whole raw material in a certain percentage as a semi-finished or finished product.

· Item Card

o On Item Card, it is possible to select Production Disassembly from Production Disassembly List.

· Production Order for Disassembly

o When creating a Released Production Order, the system itself recognizes whether it is a Production Order or a Disassembly Production Order depending on the data from the Item Card. When refreshing Production Order, the items from the Production Disassembly are filled into the lines of Disassembly Production Order in the estimated quantities that will leave production.

o All lines from the Disassembly Production order are drawn into Production Journal, so the posting takes place quite quickly.

The set of reports included in this package:

· Expected vs Finished quantity by defined %

The report shows basic information about Production Order Disassembly, what was the expected quantity according to the defined percentage and how much was obtained in production.
