This workshop will help to identify risky users and find a strategy for protecting data in an automated and privacy-oriented way.

The Manage and investigate risk workshop is designed to provide customers with examples of potential data leaks and data theft within their Modern Work environments. This workshop will help identify deviations from common corporate policies using Microsoft 365 E5-associated technologies.

Manage and investigate risk workshop includes: Uncover risky user activities in the customer environment Discover privacy, policy, and regulatory risks, by evaluating user communication inside the organization Help customers to better understand, prioritize, and mitigate the identified privacy and regulatory risks Develop customer confidence in the value of Microsoft 365 E5

Workshop requirements: In this workshop the expectation is that you have covered the following topics:

The customer's privacy and regulatory strategy: Microsoft 365 Compliance product overview Insider Risk management Communications Compliance

The following activities must be completed: Data Risk Check mandatory modules for Insider Risk management, and Communications Compliance Data Protection Baseline Assessment Microsoft Compliance overview Recommendations and Next Steps

Workshop Agenda: Week 1: Identify the requirements and define the scope Week 2: Start, deploy, and set up the discovery services. Start automated discovery process Week 3: Review and analyze the data. Provide recommendations for the next steps.
