HR Recruitment Automation is a model driven app developed to automate the end to end recruitment process using Microsoft PowerApps, Power Automate, AI Builder and Dataverse. It helps organizations automate the manual steps involved in recruitment from candidate shortlisting through interview scheduling, sending responses and finalizing the candidate selection. 

Users can configure recruitment projects, job positions, skills, interviewers, departments, interview rounds and other relevant information using a simple and intuitive model driven app that also provides dashboards and reports to get insights on recruitment process performance.
