AIS Power Platform Envisioning Session educates business and technical leaders about the platform, providing a proven, structured way to connect your business challenges to actionable next steps.
We'll work together to understand your business challenges, demystify Power Platform's components, identify workloads for migration, and discuss initial design.
This session is intended for large enterprises interested in adopting the Power Platform and need a framework to provide scalable management.
We want to understand your “hopes and dreams”. Our goal is to listen and learn about challenges you’re facing in your business applications and data, and what you know about Power Platform.
This segment demystifies Power Platform. We’ll discuss trends, help you understand platform capabilities and how the pieces fit together, and talk about real-world case studies for how the platform is adopted across different industries. We'll also introduce the Power Platform Adoption Framework, our approach to adopting the platform at scale.
We’ll spend some time identifying candidate workloads – the business activities, data sets, or legacy applications – you think might be a good fit for migration. We’ll prioritize them together using a series of factors we’ve created to assess complexity and business impact. This is the first step in road mapping your journey to adopting new business applications.
Finally we’ll choose one of your newly-identified workloads, and begin collaboratively designing a solution on the platform. The goal is to walk away with a firm notion of what your prototype app might look like. Building this helps us help you get to value quickly.
AIS has worked with Microsoft on the Power Platform since its inception, and has built a core team of talent with experience creating solutions in PowerApps and Power BI. Our team consists of seven locations, including an office in India, giving us the ability to work globally, 24/7. As a leader in taking our customers to the cloud with Azure, we’re able to extend the platform across the entirety of Azure and Office 365 technologies.
