Modernize Communications Workshop

  • During this workshop, we analyze and assess your current telephony landscape and guide you through the process of deploying of a simplified enterprise voice solution with reliable, high-quality, integrated calling. Catapult assesses the advantages and disadvantages of using a Microsoft Calling Plan or staying with your current telecom provider and also helps you understand calling capabilities through “art of the possible” immersive experiences, use cases, and deep-dive planning. After the analysis, our experts put together a migration roadmap to deploy and adopt Microsoft Teams Calling with phone system.

    • Hybrid Meetings Workshop

  • During this workshop, Catapult productivity experts will evaluate your current hybrid meetings capabilities and help establish a direction to transform meetings and audio conferencing across your entire organization. Through a virtual “art of the possible” immersive experiences, use cases, and deep-dive planning and an analysis, our experts put together a migration roadmap to deploy and adopt Microsoft Teams Meetings and Rooms.

    • Main Working Sessions:

  • Evaluation of current telephony, PBX needs, meetings, and meeting room capabilities
