The Microsoft Viva Goals Pilot is designed to deliver a hands-on experience with a goal alignment solution that connects teams to their organization's strategic priorities, driving results and a thriving business. Microsoft Viva Goals trial licenses will be provided/enabled, along with standardized delivery guidance around the OKR framework. The objective of the pilot is to create and solidify intent, helping customers realize the business value of Microsoft Viva and to create a roadmap for purchase and adoption.
