Adoption Microsoft AI Copilot for Microsoft 365

Throughout one month, we’ll assist your organization in adopting Microsoft Copilot, training end users, and supporting IT administrators.

Week 1: Project Initiation (Approx. 5 hours)

1. Identify Technology Enablement Team Members.
2. Participate in Art of the Possible Workshop.

Week 2: User Experience and Readiness (Approx. 5 hours) 3. Design User Experience Strategy. 4. Complete Technical Readiness Work.

Week 3: Training and Deployment (Approx. 5 hours) 5. Select Early Adopters. 6. Train Copilot Flight Crew (Champions).

Week 4: Communication and Review (Approx. 5 hours) 7. Schedule Learning Series Activities. 8. Deploy Licenses. 9. Review Adoption Score Reporting.

Our top resources include: a training kit, user enablement guide, the implementation overview, technical readiness guide and the user experience strategy. Copilot requires Microsoft 365 AI licenses per user, the customer must have an active tenant and the proper licensing to do the adoption, dimension4 is a direct CSP partner and licenses can be added if required.

Your users must have one of the following base licenses to be eligible for a Copilot for Microsoft 365 license.
