Our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management Solution Discovery service is a comprehensive 2-week engagement designed to help clients optimize their Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management.
We will work closely with clients to understand their business processes, identify challenges, and provide tailored solutions to improve efficiency and streamline operations across their finance and supply chain management functions.
•Project Kickoff Meeting: The project begins with a meeting to review goals, objectives, and scope, discuss the timeline, roles and responsibilities, and establish communication channels. •Questionnaires Completion: Clients will complete separate questionnaires for each process, providing essential information to configure the system according to their needs. •Basic System Config: Based on the questionnaires, we will set up a basic system configuration with a partial data load to ensure alignment with client requirements. •Conference Room Pilot (CRP) Sessions: Process demonstrations will be provided in CRP sessions, allowing client power users to experience the system and provide feedback on functionality and usability. •Identifying Fits/Gaps: We will identify and document any gaps between client requirements and system functionality as part of the Solution Design process. •Process Flows/Solutions Design: Comprehensive process flows and a complete solution design will be created, ensuring a thorough understanding of the client's business processes and how they will integrate into the system.
•Road Map Document: A detailed project plan with implementation timelines and milestones. •Complete Solution Design: A Solution Design Document outlining the tailored solution based on client business needs. •Statement of Work: A document defining the scope of work, project deliverables, timelines, work location, and payment terms and conditions. •Technology Map: A detailed overview of the connective technologies required for implementation. •Solution Costing Specifications: A breakdown of all estimated costs involved in platform implementation, including fees, product licensing, support costs, and development fees. •Licensing Guidelines: A comprehensive overview of the licensing requirements and costs associated with Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management implementation. •Documentation of Perceived Risks: A report outlining potential risks associated with the implementation process, product usage, and financial risks related to the solution. •Recommendations: Guidance for ensuring ongoing support and governance of the Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management implementation, including staffing and functional recommendations and governance guidelines.
• Assign a dedicated point of contact for the project. • Provide timely and accurate responses to questionnaires. • Participate in Conference Room Pilot (CRP) sessions. • Review and provide feedback on project deliverables.
