Powerblox Complaint Management

This Powerblox lets you manage your Complaints and Non conformities within your Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central environment.

You can define different Types of Complaints/Non Conformities and for each type you can specify the different stages.
For each stage you define different tasks for your employees.
Every employee can register the effort they do on a complaint, so you can keep track of the progress.
All costs of the effort and material can be registered, so you have a clear overview on the cost involved of each complaint.
This module is linked to all processes within in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. You can automatically link a complaint to your finance documents, so you don't accidently pay an invoice or send a reminder to a customer.
