Personally identifiable information (PII) is what we typically think about when we think “personal data”. This includes both traditional (name, phone number) and newer (email, IP address) identifiers.
But when you manage and run an ERP system, additional data you hold from purchase orders, financial details, invoices, last connections, outstanding debt etc. is also covered by GDPR regulation requirements.

Upon receipt of a personal information request, you can:
- Log data subject right (DSR) request
- Identify subject’s personal data
- Print subject’s personal data
- Export subject’s personal data
- Complete personal data
- Erase personal data (anonymization)
