Easily share a reservation from your Concur Travel trip list with a colleague or your team using Microsoft Teams chat so they know when you are traveling.

Do you want them to join you on the trip? With just one click on the link "Book on Concur" they will automatically be sent to SAP Concur Travel. They will skip the Search, directly see flight options, and be able to book a similar trip as yours.

**Prerequisites for using the SAP Concur for Microsoft Teams app**

To use SAP Concur for Microsoft Teams app seamlessly, your organization must:

Have a contract with SAP Concur and have the Concur Travel solution enabled

Be eligible to and opted in the evolution of Concur Travel and its new booking experience

Get an Administrator to activate the App within your Microsoft environment
