HOW DOES IT WORK?
WEEKS 1 -2 // ASSESS & RECOMMEND - In collaboration with your stakeholders BDO Lixar will conduct a high-level assessment of the business needs and provide a solution recommendation to address challenges and opportunities.
WEEKS 3 - 5 // IMPLEMENT MVP (Minimum Viable Product) - Define an MVP objective that meets the business needs established in the assessment. Using agile methodologies we will confirm requirements. Then, leveraging the Microsoft Power Platform along with Microsoft 365 and Azure, BDO Lixar will rapidly build an MVP solution that quickly shows a return on investment.
WEEK 6 // ROADMAP - The MVP rollout to end users will generate valuable feedback that informs the solution roadmap. Working with assigned stakeholders to review feedback, we will establish a solution roadmap to execute your feature backlog driven by your business priorities, timelines and budget.

DELIVERABLES
The deliverables will include a high-level assessment and recommendation for leveraging the Microsoft Power Platform to address business challenges. A fully functional MVP (Minimum Viable Product) implementation of the application rolled out to users using agile methodology. A practical roadmap to implement product backlog features to extend and enhance the MVP solution.
