In this assessment we execute a thorough analysis on your organization’s current IT landscape, service organization, support approach and future readiness of your Dynamics 365 for Finance and/or Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management environment.
Our objective during the Dynamics ERP Support Assessment is to understand your business goals/needs, your current IT situation, translate that information into recommendations and support approach with a budget estimation. To reach this objective we will execute multiple steps together whom are described below:
Strategy intake (1 day)
A two (2) hour interview between stakeholders and delivery leads to understand the scope, business goals and needs. Once the scope is clear defined we can start the discovery phase.
Discovery (1 day)
This step in the process is divided in a separate functional and technical workshop. The functional workshop is to discuss the functional and process-minded side of Dynamics between key-users, Business Process Owners, IT-manager and a functional solution architect, whereas the technical workshop is to discuss the backbone of the application between a technical solution architect, developers or system engineers.
After the discovery phase, we will process and evaluate all the captured information from the workshops. We will list all the assumptions, provide an improvement document and calculate what this means in terms of budget. We organize a Q&A session together. During this session we will discuss our assumptions and validate our approach.
After considering all options a formal proposal document is generated and presented. You as a customer will have the chance to review our findings and define the next steps with Cegeka in close collaboration.
