This implementation will cover a full assessment of client’s data with the goal of understanding key business needs; translating all requirements into effective and easy to use Power BI dashboards.
Part 1 - Assessment
Focuses on understanding key business and reporting goals, and what stories and insights the dashboard is intended to discover.
Part 2 – Development and Deployment
Covers detailed analysis of available data and preparation of data sources, with a focus on dashboard design for a business story, covering the development/deployment of the dashboard.
Part 3 - Knowledge Transfer and Roadmap
Covers the handover to the client, security settings, and advisory on future development.
By the end of the implementation, the client will have an enterprise-grade Power BI dashboard and report built on his own data, which has been developed following the most up-to-date best practices for data visualization.
