For 4 weeks, Fellowmind offers a proof-of-concept. The proof-of-concept focuses on Scope 1 and 2 emissions generated within your business. Scope 3 can also be handled by the Sustainability Manager if the supply chain data is provided.
Ensuring that the Sustainability Manager's out-of-the-box functionality meets your company's needs on:
- Organization setup
- Emission calculation models and profiles
- Gain insight into your emissions via the Sustainability Dashboards

With a finalized proof-of-concept,your company will have the following:
- Ability to provide a greenhouse gas emissions report using the finished Excel report.
- A configured and working Microsoft Sustainability Manager that will be available for 30 days.
- The ability to export data and configurations from the test instance.
- Use two connections as templates for subsequent connection builds.
- Data created from these connections will be visible in the existing dashboards.
- Up to three scorecards for your business to track your emissions and the progress in the reduction.

Week 0

- Set up of trial environment by Fellowmind.
- A request of emission generating activity data from your business based on a part of the organization that generates a large share of emissions.
Week 1
- Kick-off meeting.
- Demonstration of Microsoft Sustainability Manager for the team.
- Models and calculation profiles are demonstrated and to be confirmed that they are appropriate for your organization.
- Organization setup in Microsoft Sustainability Manager.
Week 2
- Confirmation on the setup of your organization in Microsoft Sustainability Manager.
- Setting up data connections and testing data import with of one of each of the following emission data import connection to Microsoft Sustainability Manager:Excel/CSV file,PDF.
Week 3
- Review of connections and confirmation of imported data accuracy.
- Making CO2 emission calculations using Fellowminds calculation models,by leveraging upon Fellowminds EU emission factory library. Any other existing emission factor libraries and calculation models within the Sustainability Manager can,of course,be used.
Week 4
- Setting up Data connection schedules.
- Setting up calculation profiles for auto-refreshment.
- Configuring and reviewing up to three scorecards for your business to track your emissions,visualize goal setting and follow up.
- Proof of concept is live,up and running,and available for 30 days.
The following items are not included but can be added to the engagement at an additional cost:
