Microsoft Teams a quick implementation of a secure educational platform.
The scope of services includes:
Accompanying the Microsoft offer aimed at the educational institutions (free of charge licencing covering Microsoft Teams for the schools and universities), Integrity Partners a special configuration service. The workshop, consisted of 3 phases, enables a quick implementation of a secure educational platform.
Microsoft Teams is compatible with the Microsoft Azure (Azure DevOps Services) platform, which allows dynamic scaling of applications according to variable load. We offer the implementation of the service using the Office suite containing the Azure platform.
Automatic scaling is a built-in function of Cloud Services, Mobile Services, Virtual Machines and Websites, which helps ensure optimal operation of the application in the event of changes in demand.
###What we deliver
The implementation is divided into three modules:
* Day 1 - How to setup Microsoft Teams for the educational institution?
The initial training part covers:
1. Setup/preparing the Office 365 environment, including adding and configuring a dedicated domain
2. Adding users / syncing the existing user identities
3. Matching the licences with the accounts
4. Network configuration and testing
The outcome of this module is a fully functional Microsoft Teams environment.
* Day 2 - Preparation and securing the Microsoft Teams environment
The second part of the training is aimed at the infrastructure admins and contains the follwing:
1. Establishing the Teams policies and tool management
2. Security and audit best practices
3. A Skype for Business migration options walkthrough (optional)
As a result, the administrative staff gains the know-how essential to manage and secure the running configuration.
* Day 3 - Teach & learn on a daily basis - using Microsoft Teams
The final part of training includes remote support.
In some cases, according to the complexity of the particular environment, module 1 might be extended to 2 business days.
