• Coordinate resources and schedules
• Provide a dedicated contact for collaboration
• Configure network equipment
• Grant access to servers and systems
• Configure workstations and devices
• Make DNS changes as required
• Identify high-risk users
• Coordinate with outside vendors
• Review and approve deliverables

Upon Completion:

Prerequisites:

• Destination Microsoft 365 tenant with Exchange Online licenses
• Admin access to the email domain DNS zone
• Source IMAP system access (admin or individual user mailboxes)
