Long View Microsoft 365 Copilot - End User Readiness teaches your staff how to use the generative AI tools and supporting applications available to them today in Microsoft 365 and builds a solid user foundation for your broader Copilot adoption.
It consists of three main phases:

  1. Conduct up to three discovery workshops to develop up to seven of key personas and capture key use cases for generative AI. Workshops include an overview of Bing Chat Enterprise and Microsoft Copilot, and demonstrations of work-related use cases to explain the breadth of capability. This is followed by brainstorming of personas and use cases based on participants roles, job duties, work products and related ideas. The information from these sessions is consolidated into a summary presentation that is reviewed with the project and organization key stakeholders. The client will confirm which of these personas and use cases they want to focus on for deployment.
  2. The second phase is the creation of an Adoption Plan based on the results of the discovery, including a communication campaign to raise awareness and training plan to enable capabilities with Bing Chat Enterprise, New Outlook and Loop components. a. The communication campaign includes messages for: i. Awareness ii. Rollout iii. Reinforcement with on-going tips and tricks b. The training plan includes: i. 90 minute Bing Chat Enterprise session ii. 60 minute New Outlook training with a focus on core use cases, and new features that support productivity and organization iii. 30 minute session on Loop components with emphasis on meeting notes and task dataverse integration
  3. The third phase includes preparation and coordination with the client’s technical team to confirm the technical configuration, policies and licensing needed to enable Bing Chat Enterprise in Microsoft Edge for Business, New Outlook and Loop for all targeted staff. It also includes the execution of the Adoption plan, with delivery of each session. The sessions will be recorded and delivered to the client to use for on-demand training.

Deliverables: • Summary of personas and use cases for the organization for generative AI • Adoption plan and supporting materials • Recordings of training sessions

Outcomes: Users gain experience and develop skills with prompting across a broad range of tasks which is a core capability for Copilot and the use of any generative AI tool. They will also be familiar with the newer applications where Copilot will add value like New Outlook and Microsoft Loop components so they become more proficient with their existing toolset adding value now, and can take advantage of Copilot features as soon as they are deployed.
