This 3-week PoC will encompass 5 key phases: • Envisioning workshop - a moderated discussion to help build a roadmap for successful implementation • Analysis and recommendations - documentation, analysis, and potential solution selection • Findings and recommendations presented - a formal report detailing our findings with a joint review session • Implementation of the PoC • Documentation of configuration, policies, and process flow for rollout to all PoC users and devices
