Defender for Endpoint uses endpoint behavioral sensors, cloud security analytics and threat intelligence to detect and continuously evaluate observed files, scripts and processes on client endpoints.

• (optional) Professional Services: Perform maturity checks, SOC assessment and tool rationalization
• Initiation and Planning: Welcome packet, kickoff calls and client workbook creation
• Connectivity and Access: Optiv SOC portal setup, network connectivity and logical access, validation and confirmation as well as Optiv Cybersecurity Education portal setup
• Service Configuration: Configure solutions for service delivery, tuning, client escalation sequence and deliver Optiv SOC portal credentials
• Operational Transition: Service integration validation, operational transition to service delivery
