Microsoft Viva Experience Roadmap - 4 Week Roadmap

Provide clients with an understanding of Microsoft Viva capabilities and establish a strategic roadmap for deploying and using Microsoft Viva to enhance the employee experience. Protiviti will facilitate a series of workshops with stakeholders interested in how Microsoft Viva works with Microsoft 365 to create a full circle employee experience. Discussions on the client’s priorities, current state of the employee experience, and Protiviti’s deployment experience will be consolidated into a roadmap outlining the vision, strategy and high-level timeline for success.

Microsoft Viva Workshop Planning

• Work with client team to identify key stakeholders, interested parties, and workshop agendas/schedule.
• Collect/review relevant materials on current state and key priorities for the sessions.

Top Priority Demonstration Workshops

• Client will select up to three (3) Microsoft Viva applications where Protiviti will facilitate deep dive demonstrations on the selected app capabilities.
• Follow-up workshop to discuss and document specific use cases for each Microsoft Viva application presented.

Microsoft Viva Experience Applications Workshops

Executive Roadmap & Presentation

1. Prepare Executive presentation, providing a summary of the findings and results of the workshops and demonstration sessions.

• Presentation includes: High-level planning and deployment roadmap for the prioritized Microsoft Viva Suite applications including recommendations for immediate next steps for pilot, deployment and change management.

2. Based on the direction provided by the client, Protiviti will provide a detailed proposal for the next phases of Implementation.
