Only works if you use the Microsoft CRM, which appears to be mothballed.

Particularly for the Fonts, but also in other areas it is very difficult to get the look and feel you want, specifically to match your branding etc. Even being able to pick a font would nice.

From responder's perspective, Forms are very much user-friendly and create fairly good UX. However, lack of possibility to feed the collected responses into PowerBI (due to authorization error in PowerBI app) very much disappoints IT admins.

Very good tool but can you remove the 'submit another response' link at the end of the survey when sending to individuals outside of the company? This should be optional like when you send to recipients internally. Also, the ability for respondents to attach files to the survey question would be great. cheers
