Week-by-Week Implementation Agenda

  • Week 1: Our process begins with a system gap analysis to identify needs, challenges, and automation opportunities. Key stakeholders are guided through Dynamics 365 Business Central provisioning and receive an initial walkthrough. A comprehensive business requirement document outlining pain points and an implementation strategy is delivered within a week.
  • Week 2: The following week focuses on developing a Solution Design Blueprint, which translates requirements into a concrete solution design. We lay the groundwork for a robust and scalable system that meets the needs of stakeholders and aligns with organizational objectives.
  • Week 3: System configuration is started off with master data migration. Later the entirety of week 3 is dedicated to system configuration against each module to align with Business process requirements.

Each module undergoes one UAT session and one homework session to ensure thorough evaluation and refinement. The customized training sessions empower users to navigate the system proficiently for day-to-day operations.
  • Week 7: We ensure accurate financial data integration by uploading open balances and conducting a live dry run to validate system functionality in a controlled environment. Historical data configuration, if needed, occurs between the dry run and go-live phases.
  • Week 8: Post-go-live support ensures system success through issue resolution, update management, ongoing training, and knowledge transfer. Integrations are handled as needed, based on configuration requirements.
